Aspire is equipped to provide our services for anyone above the age of 14 who due to a range of circumstances may need extra care and support to enable them to live a fuller, richer and more enjoyable life. This may range from short-term care such as day opportunities to long-term support, including supported living and independent living services.
We have experience supporting people who have a wide spectrum of needs, with the help and guidance from the people we support, their families, carers and other key Stakeholders, we have developed Person Centred services in the following areas. Services for:
Aspire currently provides support for over 800 people who have either additional cognitive requirements and/or complex physical health needs. Our specialist care providers have extensive experience working with those who have all types of learning disabilities, including autistic spectrum conditions such as Asperger’s and behaviours that challenge.
Our aim is to promote independence and support people to be in control of their own lives. We assist with the way people access assistance by providing support in a variety of different ways, with care plans that have been designed to suit the individual and their needs. We also respect individual choice, whilst promoting inclusion and independence, enabling individuals to fulfil their aspirations and live full, independent lives.
We also specialise in supporting those living with age-related illnesses. Aspire’s support services for elderly people are designed to enable them to continue living independently or semi-independently in the comfortable and familiar environment of their own home, for as long as possible.
Our fully trained care providers offer reliable, friendly and understanding support with a person-centred approach, so the care that people receive is always tailor-made and effective. In doing so, we will ensure that elderly people can maintain their dignity, remain a part of the community and enjoy a sense of well-being.
