Casual Support Workers

Aspire is an Independent, not-for-profit organisation based in Salford that is employee owned. We have new exciting opportunities to recruit motivated and enthusiastic casual staff.  Our aim at Aspire is to deliver high quality, specialist support services to vulnerable adults and young people across the city.

Our services include:

  • Intermediate Care for older people
  • Respite for adults and young people
  • Day Opportunities supporting adults with dementia, autism, profound and multiple disabilities
  • Supported Accommodation for adults with learning difficulties and complex health and physical needs.

Applicants must demonstrate a sound value base and have the ability to work and think in a person-centered way. Excellent communication skills are required to undertake the role and a commitment to work flexibly. Previous work experience in the care profession would be an advantage. An Enhanced DBS disclosure is a requirement for this position.

Applicants will receive an induction, specialist training and ongoing support from a creative and forward thinking management team.

Various shift patterns which include early shifts, late shifts, sleep ins, waking nights and weekends as required.
